I realised I haven’t posted today. So here goes:
- Took Matthew to park
- Saw a client
- Met L and took her to meet my family at a BBQ
- Remained sober which was NOT a good idea
- Organised therapy for L
- Drove her home
- Took self portrait on the floor
- Fell asleep
